Take the sleepywood taxi and go all the way to the right. Then you jump onto the egg thing and press up. Then you will see the dimension portal
Did you manage to find the Door of Dimension in the end? If you don't find an npc where it should be, you need to change channel or ask a GM to spawn the NPC, as NPCs occasionally and randomly go missing.
