First, the offense was less than two and a half years ago. Second, while the ban lengths on bottling bans may have changed since you were banned, that does not mean the old bans had their lengths retroactively changed. Since you were banned under the old rules, the ban length is under the old rules. Therefore, you were ban evading, therefore, you were banned and will not be unbanned.
