Yes, that is correct. My friend's IGN is zerohealth that just got ban from suspect of vote abuse. I went over his house to hang out these few days and help him with the summer event. You can check that my accounts has been playing from the same ip for the past however many months. Just logged on his computer a couple days and this happened.
