Closed Account deleted?

I'm trying to get back into playing Royals, my account doesn't seem to exist anymore and it seems there is no record of my email. I made this temporary account to post in the forms. I am also posting here as I'm not sure if I was banned or if my account was just deleted as I never received a Ban notification.

Why do you think you got banned?: Hacked and used by someone else?

Then how come when I try to recover my login info it says my email doesn't exist?

Does this website not work well with google chrome?
