IGN: Leens Problem: Account hacked Details: Logged in after a few months not playing and found that my account was hacked and banned.. i just downloaded MapleRoyals last night and i found this... I mention about this to my friend and he told me that a few ppl got hacked too.. according to the theory from another game and those who used same/similar info from other games, got their accounts hacked.. i used the same pass for some games, i've playing this other online game for almost a year.. I would like to know what happened with my account and if i can get it back even if it doesn't have any gear on it.. I spent a lot of time in this game and this character.. almost lvl 200 with good gear.. MW20 and Gene30. Is not fair that i got hacked :/ Thanks for reading my post. Leens.
Well to start I'd post your 'appeal' (not really appealing anything tho) here: https://royals.ms/forum/forums/ban-appeal.8/ They will tell you to change your password first btw, so I'd do that before even posting so you can say you already did that. As far as getting your stuff back, its looking like they are somewhat able to roll back inventories to a certain date. Good luck. :3

You need to wait until someone can get to you and not be posting in everyone else's thread. Like you said though in your initial post, your account was likely hacked due to poor account security, especially since you said you were hacked back during the last Halloween event. Therefore, your account is not eligible to be rolled back. If you would like to have us look into unbanning your account, please post a ban appeal as others have told you to do.
