Hi IGN: PotatoQueen Problem: Hacked Details: I logged in today at 5-Oct-19 on the following IGN and found that I've been hacked on my character PotatoQueen. Aside from equips items & mesos, all my NX Cash was gone. I've was accumulating NX cash of over a milli0n NX by daily voting, and it was all emptied with 300k left. This 300k was probably due to continuous daily voting after the hacking incident. I checked that my other chracters (RiceQueen, SalsaQueen) on separate accounts remained untouched. Is there any support that I can get on this case? I've not touched my account apart from logging in today and found that it was hacked, so likely was that the last login was unauthorized. Thanks!
I dont think you can get your items back unfortunately. You can try sending a PM to an adminstrator like Tim https://royals.ms/forum/members/tim.3951/ and ask for a password change. You still can't change stuff like that on your own
Be warned though, you can’t change your password yet as the control panel part is disabled, even to admins
Please note that hacked accounts are not subject to refunds as there have not been database breaches from our end resulting in hackings in the distant past. Set a strong PIN/PIC when you log in next and change your password from the homepage portal when the control panel is back up to ensure your characters cannot be accessed by others again.
