Closed Account hacked

Good afternoon,

I just logged in after a few months (probably more like 1 year?) and noticed my account has been hacked. I'm missing a lot of NX cash that I had stacked for months, a lot of Mesos and all my decent gear.

So I vote for your server for over a year, get my account hacked after not playing for over a year (obviously a security breach on your side) and you can't do anything?

 

I've never been hacked once because I use different passwords for each game or account that I have, and somehow you believe that this somehow isn't Royals end?

Also:
Q: Will hacked accounts be compensated?
A: While using secure account details for MapleRoyals that you don't use elsewhere online is the responsibility for the user, we are exploring recovery options to help our players that got affected by this large scale operation.

Been 6 months and you still haven't figured out how to compensate players for your lack of security measures?

 

God forbid anyone would mention another private server on your god forsaken shoutbox. Not sure how you came to the conclusion that I was ''advertising'' another server, I simply MENTIONED I was going to play another server because of the lack of support on this one. I'm convinced had I donated a few $, this issue would have been handled differently.

Don't know why any of this surprises me.

 

Unfortunately you did more than simply "mention" that you were going to play another server. Additionally, donators have not been treated any differently throughout this process. I'm sorry that we couldn't do more for you in this situation, but I will be locking this thread now to prevent further escalation. Thank you.
