    Hey there! Wanting to get back onto Royals after some time, but it seems I've been locked out for trying my PIC too many times. I don't even remember if there was a PIC when I originally played, but I've obviously forgotten it. I only remember my account name, for certain, because it was stored on my Chrome accounts. I'll do my best to answer what I can, but I stopped playing at least 3-4 years ago.


    ALL Your Character Names: I think I only had one character. Name might have been x2shot, but it's been years. was a 120ish Ranger if I'm not mistaken.

    Last thing you did: No clue
    Why do you think you got banned?: Not banned, just locked
    Ban message when attempting to log in: Account Locked on website login
    What GM banned you (optional): None

    Unfortunately, it seems that your account was hacked, and was banned to prevent further damage.

    You will have to go to the Control Panel and change your credentials here:

    https://royals.ms/controlpanel/login

    We recommend using credentials unique to MapleRoyals only.

    You should also make a post in the Support Request forum here:

    https://royals.ms/forum/forums/support-requests.111/

    In your request, please include the following information:

    All your character names (IGN):
    The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
    The email addresses you think might be associated with your account:
    Your account username (Game Login ID):
    The last time you played*:

    *Please provide an estimation if unsure

    Do not post any of the above information on this thread, as this one is public. The Support Request Forum is private.

    Once all that is done, an Admin will be required for the next step. I will let them know of your request, but it will likely take some time before they get to it, as they always have a lot of tasks to take care of.

    You may play on your other accounts and create new ones in the meantime.
