    No, it does not. I just checked. Herpy is not an existing IGN.

    Tracking you down via your IP, I found out your actual banreason:
    Autoban Rebyuu: High damage 520 on Ligator using skill: 3001004

    Rebyuu is a level 12 Archer, so this damage is not possible. You will remain permanently banned.
