I also tried to search up someone else who had the same problem..
and this person occured to have the same issue as me

Were you trying to open your own store in the FM or clicking on someone else's when this happened?

 

Last time I remembered i'm pretty sure it was clicking on a shop, I don't know why it popped out as opening a permit..
