You blamed him for account sharing. He told me and when i tried to log in i saw i got banned too. He lives close to me, and he came to me and we played from my account. While we were playing, we saw a really good trade opportunity and he immediately logged in to his account to try and do the deal but he didn't eventually, and then we logged out and i logged back to mine, and never did something similar to that. We really have no intention to share our accounts, we each play independently and invest a lot of time progressing. I play this game for a couple of years already and i put a lot of effort to get where i am. If that's something that cross the line i really didn't know that, and of course we will never do something similar. i hope you can do something about it, will appreciate it a lot. Ban message when attempting to log in: this is an ID that has been deleted or blacked from connection
Also you can check and see that we never did something similar besides that one time. I never played from his account, and he didn't from mine. And also i never saw his login details, and he didn't see mine.
Hello guys, can i ask what is the situation about that? Are you working on that? also, is the ban permanent or is it 30 days? I know that usually you give 30 days for first time of account sharing and even though we didn’t do the crime we will gladly even get the 30 days happily because we really just want to play the game again eventually, get our hard worked players back and get some relief from this whole pandemic situation. After checking it over the ban will remain permanent with evidence of you logging in to your friend's account multiple times.
I had an admin look into it and after further discussion we've decided to change this to a 30 day account sharing ban.
