Graphited is the name of a player who hacked into the accounts of multiple other players. You should be able to get unbanned if you follow these steps to recover / change your password: You need to send a PM to John with the following information: 1) Your login ID 2) The date of birth associated with your account 3) The email address associated with your account 4) The sha-1 hash of a new password (the new password itself must be less than 12 characters long) To get the sha-1 hash of your new password, go here: http://www.sha1-online.com/ Enter your password there and press the "hash" button, then paste the hash into the PM.
John is the admin who handels password recovery / password change requests. Sending the information towards me won't help you since I'm not authorized to recover your password for you.
