We are not going unban the connection you play from. You are not going to be unbanned for that matter either, I don't believe your story, and there is enough reason to suspect you are either the same person or have been account sharing. Your ban appeal has been denied.
You have been playing from the same computer, you have similar account information, you vote abuse, one of you has been caught hacking. At this point I see no way for you to be unbanned, and that's why your ban appeal has been denied.
