You are banned permanently for associate-rule breaking for partying/gaining benefit from a player who macro-botting (who's also permanently banned).

 

I understand about the account ban, but how about the IP ban?
Please advice.

When you are banned, you as a person are banned, meaning you can't play Mapleroyals anymore on any account.
