    Can you explain why you have 36 accounts associated with your IP & MAC address with level 15s on them, all of which were dropping AP resets to yourself?

    i did a mistake and i am sorry for that.
    is there any chance of getting the ban not pernament?

    no chance, your amount of abuse is definitely in the major abuse category. You as a person aren't welcome anymore to play mapleroyals
