But i am the first time being banned for Robotic Play, why i got permanently banned.

the appeal(https://royals.ms/forum/threads/ban-appeal.108560/) had being lock by GM Kai.

GM Kai ignore what i said the truth is "my character never go back right side." He just said that what i guess"maybe is internet delay" is telling a story. If GM Kai you believe someone will make a scripted macro program that always stand on the corner to attack, and I also believe you are the one who may make this stupid scripted.

Our evidence shows that you are macro botting, moving and casting skills even when there are no monsters nearby. There were several players who prompted you to reply for at least 4 mins, and you didn't, and continued with your scripted movement.
