    Last thing you did: Had not log in since April '18 due to work
    Why do you think you got banned?: Don't know
    Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an id that has been deleted or blocked from connection
    What GM banned you (optional): Don't know

    I could not open 2 of my other storage accounts as well. Please advise.
