    I did not use any bot tool, I just slept while playing.
    Can you reconsider this ban?

    7 day botting isn't because of botting tools. It's when someone puts a heavy object on a key, or holds down one key for a very long time while not responding. Your character was found walking into a wall for a very long time without responding, which is why you got that ban.
