Who exactly was i KSing? If this was the bishop who brought their friends to leech on a map i was afk on i did not know about the ownership rule as i am a new player and they did not specifically explain the mapownership to me all they said was "Map taken" "You will get your vacation soon" i believe this operates in a grey area and that i was wrongfully banned for something trivial.
I will not be disclosing what party reported you because that would breach their privacy. However, you agreed to the T&C twice, once when you created your account, and again when you logged in for the first time, therefor, ignorance of the rules is not an excuse.
I agree i did accept the T&C when i chose to create an account and log on however i think the rules go both ways here as stated in You asking a person to leave as you would prefer that they didn't train there with you or loot your items, just saying: 'cc (plz)' is not accepted. If there is adequate proof of this i would accept my ban however the person in question most likely did not do this as i remember they said "MAP TAKEN" and "Enjoy your vacation". This directly goes against T&C as well. Again this is a grey area case as i do not know who reported me and what subjective evidence they could have given you. I have checked the evidence, it is not a gray area. You will have to serve the full length of your ban. And once again, I am not going to disclose the specific instance of the KSing to keep the reporter private.
You are not giving me anything other then i have been banned for KSing how is this system fair when i have 0 knowledge of the evidence or situation in question for all i know it could be subjective evidence

As reports are kept private, we will not be able to divulge anymore info than we already have. Please take this time to familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of the game again to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.

Its ludicrous to believe that a level 50 priest could ks a level 140+ bishop who was 1 shotting the map check the server times and see how long i was actively even there.
