    Why do you think you got banned?:I and my friend is playing MapleRoyals at internet cafe and I don't know why I was banned
    Ban message when attempting to log in:Id has been deleted or blocked from connection
    What GM banned you (optional): no idea

    Do you have any other characters? Are you using a VPN to connect to MapleRoyals?

    nah. we are playing at internet cafe and i ask the clerk they said they are not use the VPN

    You'll need to use a private VPN or play on your own network because the internet cafe IP has most likely been banned.
