NEVER post your ingame account ID/username in the Ban Appeal Because that forum name is same as my user ID.
I and my wife are living together. When she creating account I quickly guided her for quick registration thus identical credentials.
you and your partner are online on the same computer at the same time though which is considered account sharing
Sorry sir Tim. We only have 1 PC in our home, that is the reason we both logged in the same computer. We take turn to use PC and own account every time, so either me or wife's character will be afk. Due to recent outbreak, we both lost our job and stayed at home most of the time. There are on going commitments for us e.g. car loans, house loans, insurance, utilities & bills. If either of us afk in the PC is wrong, we would consider to buy a budget PC so we don't have to log in the same computer. Dear Tim, we sincerely hope you could consider to give us one chance. Hopefully this serves us a reminder not to be logged in the same time, in a single pc. Apart from this, we are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused to all the staffs & admins to handle our case.
