I was reading through the terms of service, and noted that usually people do not get perma-banned for vote abuse, usually you are meant to get strikes. I bring this up, as i was permanently banned for vote abuse, for which at the time i did not recall doing. I am wondering if i can get pardoned, as my account has been permanently banned. I do love this game still, and not being able to play permanently is really difficult as my job (health care) can be very stressful and MapleRoyals was a great stress reliever. It has been months since i was last able to play and i feel as i learnt my lesson and have had been punished enough. I dont mind if you guys strip my accounts or delete them, i just wish to enjoy the game again on my time off.

In regards to your report on Johnny, you did indeed appeal once, your ban still stands. He isn't wrong to close the appeal- it's not abuse.
Specifically the bolded part at the end may be of note to you as to why you were banned completely and didn't "get a strike".
