i dont remember the names of my characters
deleted or blocked for what, i didn't play much but i like this server, can u help with that i dont know what i did for get deleted or blocked account :C

it wasn't baned i have no idea what happened it won't me in

u see the piture? i was few months without playing i wanted to return and i couldn't enter

i cant write in the correct format, because i dont have the name and i was retired more than a year (i cant enter in my account in the page but not in the game)

You were permanently banned back in january 2019 for hacking on your characters Manuu and Maannuu.

 

Hacking? i played very little, how i get banned permanently :/

i never used any program to play, so can't i get the accounts back?

 

Unfortunately you can't play here again. Even if your accounts just got hacked and were used for those purposes, your account security is your responsibility and we cannot overturn the bans in this case. Unfortunately your appeal will have to be denied.

 

i feel it is an injustice, but are the rules.

you're right it was my responsibility to take care of my accounts, but i stopped playing more than 1 year and i dont know what happen after that.
i wish i could play again :/
