    Last thing you did: Free market sell AP Reset
    Why do you think you got banned?: Maybe using a vpn.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: After select character will disconnect
    What GM banned you (optional): I'm not sure how to check this option?

    When did you re-download mapleroyals? There was a mandatory patch on July 12th 2020. Your accounts don’t seem to be banned. Can you please try restarting your router and computer? If that doesn’t work could you try connecting from a different IP address on your VPN?

    I use my notebook can play but desktop select character will disconnect
    maybe my mac ID ban?

    You aren’t banned at all on our end. I suggest that you post in technical help if this issue continues to happen.
