I've read a few other ban appeals that suggest restarting my internet router. I don't have that option currently as I am away for work and I don't have access to the modem
It appears your account was hacked due to poor security you will have to change your password and PIC, and then let me know when you do so I can unban you and you can work on changing your PIN
