You were permanently banned for soliciting RWT.

 

I just asked a question, I didn’t make the purchase, and regretting my atós will not happen again

The act of soliciting RWT carries the same penalty as RWT, which is a permanent ban. You said it yourself that you knew it was illegal, but asked people anyway. Your appeal is denied and your ban will remain.
