Since you claim you don't recognize any of the other IGNs I listed, an Admin will be required to look into a few things, and they will let you know why you were banned. Please be patient while your situation is investigated.
it seems like you didn't quit on nov 2019 but rather you got banned at that date and didnt appeal it up until now. your accounts were involved in real world trade for which you're permanently banned
