I saw last time i ask,GM gave me the reply which mean I used macro botting. I didn't know what means macro botting at that time so without reply. But I think it is because I didn't know someone called me,I am not usually use english to chat.
That account was permanently banned way back in June 2018 for macro botting, meaning your character was training without you actually being there.
So can't I do anything now? Actually,I never use any macro botting,I think it is a mistake. I can creat a new character,but I am afraid of it will happen again. What the situation you will determine it is macro botting? Including without reply within 3mins when someone call me? I play buy joystick so I usually don't care the chatting room. If it will,I will care more at next time. Now I just want to know why it will happen and don't encounter it again.
