I joined in 2015 and my char was around lvl 40 training at chronos in ludi I would think around the same year maybe a couple months after creating the account
Apologies for the wait. it looks like joshblux was permanently banned for vote abuse back in early 2018. Did you have any activity around then? Mustadio was permanently banned for account sharing in 2019 as well.
I'm currently investigating these bans more closely with assistance from administrators. I'll respond again to this appeal once I get more information. Please remain patient in the mean time.
