    All Your Character Names: TurboXD, WildChild, LuciferJr, Jujubeanz
    Last thing you did: Training at wild boar land on WildChild and/or training in Showa on TurboXD
    Why do you think you got banned?: Possible detection of vote abuse. There are multiple people who play under my household. I believe my family is on the whitelist but my wife and I do play on the same computer and may have accidently voted on said computer on the same day.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. Please check again."

    On my username, yes, those are the ones I remember creating. I usually main TurboXD and WildChild. LuciferJr and Jujubeanz were the most recently created.

    I have no idea who that ign belongs to. I also asked my family members who play MSRoyals under this household and they have no knowledge of this ign.

    Please restart your router and make sure your IP changes. It's possible that you are attempting to log in from a previously banned IP.

    I've reset my router and modem which didn't help to change the IP address. I've also contacted my internet service provider but was told I cannot change my IP address. Please advise.

    Please follow these steps and see if that helps solve your issue. :)
    • Unplug your router and modem.
    • Wait at least 30 seconds.
    • Plug the modem back in.
    • Wait at least 60 seconds.
    • Plug the router back in.
    • Wait at least 2 minutes.
    • Test if the problem was resolved.
