I tried to vote 2 times in the same day by accident, and ended up taking BAN, I thought it was temporary 15 days.

this is not a 15 days ban? its first time
I just tried to vote, I didn't remember that I had already voted, when I tried to log in I couldn't.

 

In cases of severe vote abuse the staff reserve the right to respond with a permanent ban regardless of if it is your first offense.

 

but it's the first one, you can see that I play very casual, you can see that I don't have many items and I also don't have much lvl, I don't have time to play, my wife is pregnant, and I own 2 companies, so I play very little

 

Your permanent ban will remain. Vote abuse bans are issued by admins who tend to show leniency as it's within their best interest to retain as many players as possible.
