your accounts arent banned so you should be able to play on a different connection, your connection is banned due to the ban of your roommate
Hello, I tried logging in just now using a VPN but its not allowing me to connect to the game. Do you have any suggestions?
The IP you are currently connecting from (that starts with 47) is not banned. Nothing about your two accounts is banned on our end. I'm not sure why you wouldn't be able to connect. I saw you posted a thread in the Technical Help section as well. Did @Sen and @Dave Deviluke advice help you to connect successfully? Or are you still having trouble?
