Your account containing the character Dwin was banned back in Feb 2021 as a precaution. Click here for more information about that! Unfortunately we'll have to wait for an Admin to verify a few things GM's don't have access to first to begin that recovery process. In the meantime though, you're free to play on the other accounts and/or make new ones too while we wait for this request to be completed.

Dwins doesn’t show any bans on our end, even the IP is fine. I’m not sure why it’s not letting you in as the only account banned was the one containing Dwin.
Hmm, so for all the character names listed, only dwin is banned? how about the other ones if I recall correctly the ign may be 2-3 different accounts and I cannot log into any.
I don't know what to tell you, in our Logs all I am seeing is Dwin banned for what I had linked above and all other accounts with those IGNs are not banned. I will add that bit in with the request I put in for an Admin's assistance but other than that I don't know why it won't let you in because you are not banned both account-wise, MAC address-wise, or IP-wise. My only other advice would be to refresh your IP and see if that works because only Dwin was banned not the others.
you need to reset your password, pin and pic for Dwin at www.royals.ms/controlpanel in order to play again you need to reset your password, pin and pic for Twinny at www.royals.ms/controlpanel in order to play again you locked yourself out of Dwins by entering the wrong PIC too many times, you can unlock that by changing your password, pin and pic at the controlpanel.
Hello Tim, I m was able to log in for Dwin and Twinny after resetting. However, for Dwins, I do not remember the email linked to the account, I have filled the support request for lost email/forgot password. Thank you for the help.
