Closed Ban Appeal

    Character Names: Do not remember in this account (fire mage mule for selling leech), it has been some time since my last login.
    Last thing I did: Probably selling leech few years ago.
    Why I got banned?: I do not know why. But I was told by my friend who is still active that there was a mass ban at some point because of many people hacking, could this be a safeguard action and just ban certain inactive accounts especially with a leech mule?
    Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. Please check again"
    What GM banned me: No idea.

    Hello, a little history into this case. I am just coming back into the game after a few years of being inactive. My HS mule account (HSMahai) and main account (FaptainJack, DiuLan97, DiuHai97, Chop9Lei) are still good but somehow my fire mage account (used for selling leech in the past) is blocked.

    Please take a look and I can provide the other two accounts' information if needed. Thank you.

    Okay, I was able to find your account.

    Unfortunately, it seems that your account was hacked, and was banned to prevent further damage.

    You will have to go to the Control Panel and change your credentials here:

    We recommend using credentials unique to MapleRoyals only.

    You should also make a post in the Support Request forum here:

    https://royals.ms/forum/forums/support-requests.111/

    In your request, please include the following information:

    All your character names (IGNs):
    The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
    The email addresses you think might be associated with your account:
    Your account username (Game Login ID):
    The last time you played*:

    *Please provide an estimation if unsure

    Do not post any of the above information on this thread, as this one is public. The Support Request Forum is private.

    Once all that is done, an Admin will be required for the next step. I will let them know of your request, but it will likely take some time before they get to it, as they always have a lot of tasks to take care of.

    You may play on your other accounts and create new ones in the meantime. Once you create the thread in the Support Request Forum, your account recovery will continue with the Admins on there.
