Seems the account name you gave me has the IGN SCBA, and that IGN was banned for Hacking back in March of 2019.
I do not recall ever hacking on any account. Could this be a IP ban that triggered my account? To be quite frank, I don't even recall playing MapleRoyal 2019 which is why I was confused to see I was banned.
I will request for an Admin to check this. They will be able to determine if you were hacked, and if so, what steps to take to potentially get your account back. It will likely take some time, as the Admins always have a lot of work.
