Hello there, From what I can see, you are not banned. Please attempt a full power cycle of your router (keep it unplugged for at least 30 seconds) to receive a different IP from your ISP. If that does not work for you please let me know.

Please follow the directions from the link I have provided above and see if it results in a different outcome. You are likely trying to connect from a banned dynamic IP that someone else with the same ISP as you got banned on.
