Hi I am not sure if i am banned or not, but i am unable to log in. My main character is McPAIKIA fire/p mage. I play very seldomly but i still vote when i can. Can't remember all my character names. there should be a low level warrior character too. The last thing i remember doing was monster carnival OR just shopping in FM. which was about 1-2months ago. not sure if any violation happened with not playing very often but voting is regular? i have vpn could it be not allowed?
Hello there, From what I can see from my end, you do not appear to be banned. Please take a look at the following link: https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-properly-restart-a-router-modem-2624570 and follow the instructions to perform a full power cycle of your router, in order to obtain a new IP address. Otherwise please attempt to connect to the game from a different IP on your VPN. Let me know if you have anymore issues, and I will be happy to look further into it.
