Closed Ban appeal

    ALL Your Character Names: LiquidGold
    Last thing you did: wonder around for 5 minutes
    Why do you think you got banned?: Says too many invalid pin, asked to change new password and i did, still cant login
    Ban message when attempting to log in: Account blocked for having too many PIN attempts.

    Sorry for the late response. You don't appear to be banned. Try to restart your router and see if it works.

    It didnt work, still the same and I did not receive any email when attempted to change the password

    It may take a bit as there are quite a few requests that come in for account recovery. I can't see the thread, but our admins will get to it as soon as they can :)
