Kenny had responded to your appeal letting you know that you were trying to connect to the game from a banned IP. Please attempt restarting your router (and leaving it unplugged for 30-60 seconds) to obtain a new IP.
hi i have reset my router also i went cmd > ipconfig /release > renew and nothin helped any other suggestions ?
