Character Name: Endure Last thing I did: Was doing LMPQ, when we were done I switched channel, like every time. While switching channel, MapleRoyals closed completly. When I tried to log back in, I found out im Auto banned. Why do I think I got banned: There is no reason for me to get banned. Ban message when attempting to log in: "Your account has been permanently banned for serious violation of the rules. Therefore you will be unable to use this account. Details: Autoban: Royalry Mob Vac" Please do something about it, I'm not using any program or anything that could even mislead to this. Thanks in advance.
Could you tell me who the character Royalry belongs to, please? Note to whichever member of staff sees this thread next (I'm heading off to bed now): I've investigated Royalry's ban and posted my findings in staff chat.
I have no idea who "Royalry" is, I didn't even know it's a character's name. I thought "Royalry" was your addition to the ban's name, since the server's name is MapleRoyals.
My sister used to, but she's not playing anymore. And she doesn't have a character called "Royalry", she used to play on SnowCone.
Having investigated thoroughly, I'm not seeing any definite evidence that the account which is banned is actually linked to yours. Royalry was banned back in February and there is no sign of you and him/her having logged on from the same computer. You both have dynamic ips and it is possible that both of you are using the same ISP. What this looks like to me is that your ISP might have a limited number of IP addresses available to them and that these addresses might occasionally get recycled. I am going to take a chance that you are indeed innocent and unban you.
