All right. Thank you for the information. An Admin will be required to check some things with your account before we can proceed any further. Unfortunately, I do not have an estimation of when that will be, as the Admins always have a lot of tasks to do.

I cannot determine the definitive reason for why your account is banned based on the tools available to me. That is why I am passing this over to an Admin. One is required to do an in depth look at why your account is banned. They have access to tools and database information that the GMs don't. Whether you can get your account back depends on what the Admin discovers while investigating your case. The answers to your two questions are rather complicated, since, depending on what the Admin discovers, will determine the next course of action . I apologize; I wish I can provide a better answer for you.
