You are not banned, but you are connecting with a mac address that cannot be used. You will need to get rid of the 00-00-00-00-00-00 mac address to be able to connect again.
Sorry, i have no actual ban message, but saw people had the same issue as me confirming they were banned. Enter PIC on character screen, disconnects right away with error message: "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later."
No problem. You won’t see a ban message since you aren’t banned, but one of the mac addresses that your computer has is a default mac that cannot connect to the game.
