Open Awaiting Admin Action Ban Appeal

    Last thing you did: Necesitas is on the boat, SanctumX maybe just stay in the FW.
    Why do you think you got banned?: Not sure
    Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection
    What GM banned you (optional):

    Today I just created a new account "Necesitas". While I was on the boat heading to Orbis, I stepped away to take a shower. When I came back, the game had disconnected. When I tried to log in again, it showed:
    “This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.”

    I don’t think I violated any rules. Today I only voted once for the account "Necesitas" to get the pet. I was playing manually with an Xbox controller and followed the setup guide linked below, which I believe is fine:

    No, I don’t recognize any of these IGNs. I only started playing MapleRoyals about 2–3 months ago.

    what kind of software are you using for your internet connection?

    Hi Tim,
    I just connect directly through home internet from the modem, no special software like VPN or anything else.

    you wouldnt have 3 additional MAC addresses if that was the case

    Hi Tim,
    Thanks for getting back to me.
    I completely understand your concern, but I really have only ever connected through my home internet, directly from the same modem with no VPNs, hotspots, or any special network software involved.
    I honestly have no idea why there would be extra MAC addresses showing up, since I’ve never changed my setup or used any other connection.
    I truly haven’t used any other network source, and I’d appreciate any guidance on how I can help you verify that.

    please look into your additional mac addresses on your pc and disable the unnecessary ones that certain software that you have installed uses
    when you've done so we can help you

    Hi Tim,
    Thanks for the guidance.

    I checked my network in Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections, now disabled all unnecessary ones so only the Intel Ethernet is active.
