    I wonder why my account is blocked.

    Your account has been blocked for using illegal programs or violating the game policy.

    Could you give me some more info on this?

    You can look through the Terms and Conditions and identify what words you used that triggered the ban.

    Overall, if you have difficulty in refraining your vulgarities when talking to other players then we will simply see you back in ban appeals shortly.
