I served my ban period a while ago. I had a ban a couple of months ago but when I've tried to log in past that period it won't let me connect to the server. I spent the time being banned and I would like to play again if possible. Thanks!
When I try logging in I wait for 10 minutes and it seems to be stuck and won't let me log in. Does it have to do with an outdated client. Do I need to update?
Can you give more information please. Does this happen at character selection when choosing a character? Is it only one character or all characters? What about other accounts?
I only can't log in at my house but when I go somewhere else to play I can log in so maybe its my wifi?
PM me your MAC address of the computer that you still can't login on and I will see if it is still listed as banned somewhere
