no that was not me. I asked my buddy if that was him and he told me that he got my pally to lvl 72 in ludi pq then he got banned. This was the only instanced where he logged into my account - ever.
Alright I suppose your ban reason doesn't matter much, even if your buddy did hack on your account you granted him access to it and he has been using it to make gains which leads to a major account sharing permanent ban.
Can you please describe what kind of gains he made? How do I prove that it was 1 instance and that he logged on that day only? If even sharing my account (letting him log in, he does not have my info) is not a valid reason, then what can I do to prove that I(the owner of the account) did not ever use illegal hacks or software? Also did the system maybe mistake his actions? Also is there anything I can do to get unbanned? I do not live with him anymore because our spring break ended and I intend to start booting up my royals account again.
The gains he made was levelling your character for you. Whether it's one level, or even a partial level, that is major abuse and something we permanently ban for.

If you've read the rules you should know that letting someone on your account falls under the rule of account sharing. If it's a minor incident then it results in a 30 day ban, if it's a major incident it results in a permanent ban. In your case you've let someone on your account to play your character and do PQs on it, this falls under major abuse and thus permanent. There really isn't anything you can fight for since you broke the rule and have to face the consequences.
