Why do you think you got banned?: I was banned because of botting, but I have alrealy banned as a punishment for seven days already. This morning I was unbanned , and I just logged in few minutes ago, then I was banned forever. My punishment should be over, so it's must be something wrong.
Ban message when attempting to log in: Fergus permanently banned qmnmn: hacking.

Someone with the character name qmnmn has hacked from your IP, do you happen to know who this is?

 

I'm not sure that can I use the IP which was banned before. Clearly, if I DID accept the punishment and after the banned time, could I log in by the previous IP, or I just could be banned because of I used the IP again? The truth is that: I logged in my character by VPN, but the connect is so unstable, I pulled out the Internet line and connected the previous IP, then i was permanent banned. Wss that a mistake i doing?

Fine. Sorry for my poor English LOL. The last thing i did was using a VPN connect, but because it was too lag, so I change my Internet source to my local Internet, then I was banned forever. Is that clear? Thank you Tim.

 

I don't know, I live in a dorm in our campus, maybe we shared the same IP.
