    Why do you think you got ban? someone think my friends was botting due to not answer him

    when i come back
    my account is banned

    Well unfortunately, you admitted to account sharing, and the offense is considered a major abuse because your friend was helping you level up on your character. Therefore, you ban is now permanent and you will not be able to play on this server anymore.

    The act of playing on someone else's account even if just for a minute falls under the rule of account sharing. Since your friend commited an offence while playing on your account, the ban will be permanent.

    When you registered your account for MapleRoyals you have indicated to have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions of this server, ignorance to these rules is not an acceptable excuse. With that said your ban will not be shortened just because you chose not to actually read the rules you have claimed to have read before.

    If you wanted to have him try the game, you should've let him make his own account rather than using yours. It's described very clearly that playing on someone else's account counts as account sharing. We will not reconsider the duration of your ban.
