Yesterday I also got banned on my main for no proper reason, tought I might wanted to add this. This appeared to be a item vac.
you dont get autobanned for mob vac hacking if someone else is doing it for you. Since this is the second time this happened to you in two days time we suspect you might be the cause of this yourself.
I am not sure what happend, but I was farming snails and all these mobs spawned into me, can you recheck this please?
Nothing except your own hacking would make snail shells "suddenly spawn onto you". Even if you were standing on top of a hacker you wouldn't get hit with the autoban for it.
I recently reinstalled my Windows and also installed a new anti virus software is there a chance my pc could have been compromised? Anyhow I am quite sure it will not happen now. I hope this consideration can be met, if not I fully understand.

I see, isn't it a idea to set up a probation time period where people have to be active on the forum and help others so they can prove they have changed? This just came up and wanted to share it here. To be honest I rather want to get myself an unban and work for it to prove I am innocent if that is possible. Thanks
we have a zero tolerance policy towards hacking, even if people do change they are not allowed to play again. Any suggestions can be put on the Feedback forum section
So you're saying I hacked? Fair enough. Just wanted to let you know that you should really recheck your auto ban bot, as a lot of people are banned unfairly.
