Last thing you did: Changed channel in Ghost Ship 2.
Why do you think you got banned?: I don't know. But I can't logged in for a long time because stuck. When I use the other character , I can see IceSrcia stay in the air, and I can't do anything.

I think that something dropped and pressed my keyboard but I don't know cause the botting , and that time I was eating my dinner.
I didn't use any program to cast a skill.
Can unban me?

 

Whether it by using a program or by placing an object on your keyboard, you have been showing robotic behaviour by having your character function automatically without your presence. This violates our T&C which is why you have been banned for a 7 day duration, this ban will not be reversed.

It takes time to deal with the reports we receive, this is why the report against you got dealt with today rather than on the day the offence occured.
